Products Manufactured:	PALO DURO BRAND Palo Duro Brand is Caviness’ longstanding brand for commodity beef, these quality products fill a real niche for the ever increasing demand for Healthy, Lean beef items in the marketplace. These products are primarily derived from cattle that are >30 Months of age. Palo Duro Brand boxed beef is complimented with a full line of Ground Beef products. PALO DURO PREMIUM Palo Duro Premium is Caviness’ Premium Brand for grain fed cattle that are >30 Months of Age. These “White Utility” cuts are seen as a Great Value to nationwide Foodservice and Retail customers. CAVINESS PACKING COMPANY Caviness Packing Brand is used for the many types of beef offal products we produce during cattle processing. These quality products are well known both nationally and internationally. CAVINESS FARM FRESH REGIONAL BEEF Farm Fresh Regional Beef is a tailored program designed to fit the needs of customers who promote Regional Products with a Story. Cattle are sourced from the particular region that our customers desire for marketplace differentiation. All cattle are Grain Fed, <30 Months of Age, and fit the AMS Quality Grades of USDA Prime, Choice, Select and No-Roll. All boxed beef is complimented with a full line of Ground Beef products. CAVINESS TOP SHELF GRAIN FED BEEF Top Shelf represents the best that the High Plains of Texas has to offer. All cattle are Grain Fed at close proximity feed yards and are <30 Months of Age. They fit the AMS Quality Grades of USDA Prime, Choice, Select and No-Roll. Top Shelf products are trimmed to exact specifications and offer a diverse product assortment to satisfy a wide range of customer needs. All boxed beef is complimented with a full line of Ground Beef products. CAVINESS GRASS FED BEEF Caviness Grass Fed Beef is our branded program for the healthy minded consumer. All cattle are Free Range and Source Verified to birth. Grass without separated grain must have made up at least 99% of the energy source for the lifetime of the animal. These cattle are also verified to have never received supplemental growth hormones from birth to Harvest. Furthermore, these cattle are antibiotic free. In keeping with humane treatment of animals, we allow that they may have received treatment for illness at some point in life, provided the FDA withdrawal period was observed. GROUND BEEF HIGHLIGHTS Our processing capabilities include a wide range of products made from state of the art processing lines.
