About Us
Dilly’s Pickled Veggies was founded by Shelly Craig in Midvale, Idaho over 10 years ago. She took her grandmother’s fabulous pickles and turned them into a recipe for success. In 2016, Robin Hyde and Jessica Norris purchased Dilly’s with the hope of continuing Shelley’s legacy for making gourmet pickled products.
Practices
Partnering with local growers such as Tellez Farms (beans), Wagner Farm (cucumbers), Purdum Farms (beans), and Froerer Farms (asparagus), and working with the University of Idaho in their Food Technology processing facility, Dilly’s hopes to grow into the hearts of Idaho’s gourmet food lover’s all over the state.
