What began as a single production house in 1988 providing mesh bags for the fresh produce industry has since evolved into multiple manufacturing facilities that provide numerous product solutions for many markets. Our capabilities include the manufacture of Half-N-Half® produce bags, all mesh L-sewn, wicketed, and tube style bags, Leno woven bags, and baler bags. We also provide both Raschel rollstock and 4 and 5-panel roll stock for Vertical Form, Fill and Seal machines using two mesh styles.
In 2009, Volm began manufacturing Ultratech® mesh, our proprietary mesh as a sustainable produce packaging alternative that still provides strength and stability.
Volm also manufactures knitted mesh fabric used for shade, wind and privacy screen, fencing, construction fabrics and silt fence. Our products are UV stable and available in multiple colors, widths and constructions. We produce monofilament shade products available in many constructions and fabric weights to provide the ultimate in strength and durability.
