Yellowstone Plastics, Inc., a sister company to Volm Companies, Inc., was a greenfield operation started in 1999 on open ground in Idaho Falls, Idaho under the direction of President and CEO Alan Mueller. The company was formed to fill a void within the flexible packaging industry for providing packaging to the produce industry on a quick turn basis. From the startup of production in early 2000 to present day, the facility has gone through several expansions and capital growth projects.
It continues to be a family owned company that is committed to investment in the latest technology, as evidenced by the recent acquisition of a brand new 67’’ wide 10 color press. We have grown from a single bag machine to an 80,000 square foot facility that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our 5 wide web high speed flexographic printing presses, solventless laminating capabilities and myriad of converting machinery makes Yellowstone Plastics your one stop for flexible packaging solutions.
Our production facility houses printing, converting and laminating equipment to accommodate projects of all sizes.
We have strategic partnerships with a number of vendors that we collaborate with to tailor your design to fit press specifications.
